Here at Zio Restaurant we’re passionate about every little ball of home-made dough we produce. After all that’s where it all begins. Get this right and the rest comes naturally. We’ve spent years perfecting our pizza dough. Each little ball of dough is kneaded, rolled and sometimes flipped high into the air (on a good night) to create the perfect base for our authentic pizzas and calzones.
Once we’ve got the base then the magic begins. We add our signature tomato sauce before adding even more colour with fresh, local ingredients. Its only then that we can stand back and watch another creation come to life in our wood burning pizza oven.
Each pizza is cooked just long enough to create the perfect bite and texture. Just how you like it. The only decision you have to make is whether to enjoy it in our restaurant or stick it in a box and enjoy at home.
